Natural Health Trends Corp. (NHTC), a leading direct-selling and e-commerce company that markets premium quality personal care, wellness and “quality of life” products under the NHT Global brand, announced the conclusion of a non-public investigation by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) that the Company previously disclosed in its SEC filings. On September 30, 2021, the SEC notified the Company that it has concluded its investigation and does not intend to recommend an enforcement action.

Fonar Announces FY 2021 Results, Diluted EPS Increases 23%

FONAR Corporation (FONR), The Inventor of MR Scanning™, reported its fiscal 2021 results. FONAR’s primary source of income is attributable to its diagnostic imaging management subsidiary, Health Management Company of America (HMCA). In 2009, HMCA managed 9 MRI scanning centers equipped with 9 MRI scanners. Currently, HMCA manages scanning centers in New York and Florida collectively equipped with 39 MRI scanners.

Scientific Games to Sell OpenBet to Endeavor for $1.2B

Scientific Games (SGMS) is selling its sport betting business – OpenBet – to Endeavor EDR for $1.2 billion. Per a recent announcement, the company has entered into a definitive agreement with Endeavor under which it will receive $1 billion in cash and $200 million in Endeavor Class A common stock. The deal is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022.

Foot Locker Launches Senior Notes Offering

Foot Locker (FL), the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, is launching a private offering of $400 million in aggregate principal amount of its Senior Notes due 2029, subject to market and other conditions. Foot Locker intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
